Gotu Kola Sambol

Ingredients

1 bunch Gotu kola leaves

1½ cups Grated coconut

2 Green chilies

1 Large onion

1 Lime (juiced)

1 Large tomato

Directions

1. Wash the gotu kola leaves and chop finely. Set aside.

2. Chop the onion, tomato, and green chilies.

3. In a medium bowl, mix together the gotu kola leaves, onion, tomato, green chilies, and grated coconut. Add salt and pepper to taste.

4. Add lime juice and mix together.

 

Presentation

Delicately spoon into a shallow bowl and serve.
