Eric Ripert and his team have been feeding frontline workers, and now they’re back to work feeding you. Yes, what may be one of the biggest signs of life yet in NYC, is the return of the fine dining experience at Le Bernardin.  Set to open on September 30th, the day that restaurants in NYC are reopening for indoor dining at 25% capacity, we’re betting that Mr.

We may have all become home chefs during quarantine, but there’s nothing like a 3 star-Michelin experience to remind and inspire us by those who make their passion and craft in the kitchen.
